Jumping is a physical activity that takes place on trampolines. But Jumpsquare takes jumping to a higher level. At our parks, you’ll find both a large number of connected trampolines and jumping-related attractions like a jump tower, dodgeball area and ninja course. We also have trampolines in all shapes and sizes, such as a long tumbling lane and a rounded, sloping waterfall trampoline. The possibilities for every level and age are virtually endless. Every Jumpsquare park is unique and has its own mix of attractions, which means that you will not find the same attractions at every location.
Yes, everyone who enters the Jump Arena must wear jumping socks, even if not actively jumping. This is for reasons of safety and hygiene. You will receive a pair of jumping socks for every jumping session, lesson or package deal. Parents or guardians who bring their children to MiniJump must purchase jumping socks separately. These are available at the cash register for €2.50.
It is advisable to wear comfortable sportswear. Wear clothes that lets you move effortlessly and without buttons, zippers or sharp parts, such as a sweatshirt, sweatpants and T-shirt. You are required to wear jumping socks, which are provided with every reservation and available at the cash register.
You are allowed to wear glasses, but keep in mind that there is a risk that your glasses become damaged or lost while jumping. As a result, the wearing of glasses is at your own risk.
Jumping is for everyone! It does not require any special skills. During the 'free jumping' hours, the Jump Arenas are open for everyone, regardless of level. However, for experienced jumpers like gymnasts and freerunners, it might be a better idea to come during the less crowded or popular (evening) hours.
Jumping on trampolines is possible for anyone with a body weight of up to 120 kg.
It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. Our café has a wide selection of options.
Yes, there is a Wi-Fi network for guests at Jumpsquare parks.
No, it is not allowed to jump when pregnant for reasons of the safety of both mother and child.
With regular jumping sessions, it's a good idea to arrive at least 15 minutes before your jumping session begins. Why? Because you’ll have to listen to an explanation and safety instructions first. Are you arriving with a group for a children’s birthday or other Jump Party? We recommend arriving 30 minutes beforehand.
Yes! If you jump often, it’s advisable to buy a 5 or 10-session pass. There is no expiration date for this pass. You can choose between a 5-session pass or 10-session pass for 60 and 90-minute jumping sessions and for 60-minute MiniJump sessions. We also offer a 10-lesson pass and monthly subscription for the Jump Fit lessons, which means that you pay less per lesson.
Yes, to ensure everyone’s safety, there is a maximum number of jumpers permitted at all times. Since not all Jump Arenas are the same size, the maximum number of people who can jump at the same time also varies. When the maximum capacity of your Jumpsquare park has been reached, no more tickets will be sold for that time. This will be displayed clearly during the booking process.
Pretty much anyone can enjoy jumping! Obviously, the intensity of the jumping depends on the person’s age and fitness level. For the youngest jumpers (18 months to 6 years), we offer the special MiniJump, so they can roll and crawl on the soft trampoline fields under supervision. Jumping during the regular times is permitted for jumpers ages 7 and up.
There is no maximum age. As long as you are fit enough and do not have any physical problems that prevent you from jumping, you’re more than welcome to jump.
Absolutely. Brothers and/or sisters of children ages 18 months to 6 years can take part in MiniJump, as long as they jump carefully. Like their younger sibling, they pay the MiniJump rate.
Yes, due to the current coronavirus measures, you are required to reserve a session online beforehand. You will not be allowed to enter our parks without a prior reservation (time slot).
Yes, rental is possible, depending on availability. You can request this by sending an email to your preferred park or use the contact form on our website.
A current list of opening hours for each park can be found in the ‘Opening hours’ section of the website. During school holidays, longer opening hours apply.
No, you cannot. The jumping sessions always start on the hour or half hour. Every jumping session lasts one to two hours. You can reserve several jumping sessions in a row if desired.
Absolutely! We offer a JumpFitness course package as well as JumpFitness lessons. The JumpScool course is for anyone age 7 or older. During a 10-lesson course, you learn to do cool tricks under the guidance of our Jump Masters. During JumpFitness, you attend fitness lessons on the trampolines. These workouts are real fat burners. Thanks to the bounce of the trampolines, JumpFitness is gentler on joints than, for example, running and is even three times as effective.

Absolutely! It’s guaranteed to be an unforgettable party. We offer various package deals so that the children can also enjoy a treat after jumping. These packages offer a choice between a 60, 90 or 120-minute jumping section. The regular Jump Parties can be booked for ages 7 and up. For kids ages 18 months to 6 years, we offer MiniJump Parties. If the parents/supervising adults are not going to jump in the Jump Arena, they do not have to pay the entry fee. Parents and supervising adults are more than welcome to enjoy something to eat and drink in our park café, which offers views of the Jump Arena.
